What is Reliable Writers?

Reliable Writers is an organization of full time, experienced writers who are standing by to handle your writing needs. All writer's are carefully screened before hire, and only individuals who speak English as their native language are accepted.

How do I know my project will be high quality?

In addition to using a detailed screening process for bringing writers into the pool of writers behind RW, every article is also proofread by an editor before it is submitted to check for grammar and typos. Articles are also checked for plagiarism.

When will I get my finished product?

When you place an order, the system automatically generates an estimated delivery date. You have the option of placing a rush order for a 20% fee.

What if I have special instructions or files to upload for my order?

There is a note section available to you once you begin placing an order. You can use it to designate special instructions or notes that would be helpful for the writer completing your assignment. You can also upload files for the writer to review.

What if my project doesn't completely match what's on the order form?

If your order is similar to one of the products on the order form, please use the order form and then add any special instructions or modifications needed in the notes box. We will contact you if the price is more or less than the system generated price based on the specifications you provide.

How do recurring orders work?

For your recurring content needs, specify how frequently you need the order (2 articles per week, for example). Your order will generate a Paypal subscription and you will receive the products ordered at the frequency you select. Each time your Paypal subscription renews, an order is automatically generated in your account and the writers are notified. You will continue to receive the order until you cancel your Paypal subscription.

What if I'm not satisfied with the finished product?

You can send us an email request with the reason you are unsatisfied and it will be handled promptly.
